Registration can be carried out by two different methods.
- Online with Athletics NSW at http://www.nswathletics.org.au/. Click on Registration (from 7 September 2010)
- Download Registration Form (click here) or from http://www.nswathletics.org.au/, complete and send with the money to Ian O'Dea at 79 Cowper Circle, Quakers Hill 2783. (from 7 September 2010)

Registration Dates for the 2010 / 2011 Season are as follows:
August 14 and 29 at Francis Park, Richmond Road Blacktown from 10.00am to 2.00pm
Sunday 22 August - Westpoint Blacktown - outside Athlete's Foot - 10.00am to 2.00pm
Any Friday night from 3 September at Francis Park from 6.30pm to 8.00pm |
